When taking photos on an iPhone/iPad with iOS 14 or later, to ensure compatibility with the Windows OS, please ensure you change the settings on your device as follows:
1.) Go to Settings
2.) Go to Camera
3.) Click on Formats
4.) Change the format to “Most Compatible”
This will create a .JPG image that can be viewed properly on Windows operating systems.
